Get more youtube video views

The problem with such an enormously success website like youtube is popularity. So, why is that a problem? Well, it’s a double-edged sword. On the one hand you have millions of viewers viewing thousands of videos every day, but on the other hand how on earth do you make your videos stand out from the crowd? How do you get the thousands of views some of these popular videos have? You need to make great videos that entertain and you must optimise them.

I’ve already written some articles on what make a popular video and how to make your videos go viral, but you may not know how to optimise them. You want to optimise your video for searchers, both on google and youtube. I use the search box a lot on youtube. And with the recent google search algorithm changes, videos are appearing more often on the first page of search results. This is a double bonus for video publishers.

In today’s video, opbteam shows you how to optimise your videos after you upload them to youtube. You should be making videos around a specific topic, which can be described by a keyword phrase. Just like a web page. And your main keyword should be in the video title. In the description box, type your URL or website domain first, then a short description containing your keywords. Finally, add 2 or 3 tags, which are your keywords.

Youtube and google now know how to classify your video and you should get more views from searchers who search on the keyword phrases you used to optimise your video.
