Google chrome themes have just been released. They are new. They’re very unusual and they add a hint of colour and interest just behind your browser window. There are lots to choose from and they are simple to install. So, if you don’t use google chrome as your browser, now you have a good reason to start! Seriously though, there are some very good reasons to be using chrome instead of windows explorer and even firefox.
Anyone who has read my blog recently knows I am a fan of chrome. Really, there is one simple reason. It’s fast. Personally, I don’t think the bandwidth the Internet providers give us is keeping pace with the number of users or the volume of traffic. For me, browsing is getting slower, and it’s very frustrating. Then along comes google chrome. Not only is it much faster than the latest version of Internet explorer, but it has other great features too.
Like a simple, uncluttered screen so you get a larger window on the web. The code is small and light. It’s quick and simple to download and install. It uses tabs to open multiple browser windows, which doesn’t seem to slow your PC down like internet explorer does. And it’s very intuitive to use. You really don’t need a user guide.
